We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please bear in mind when you order that, due to weekends and bank holidays, it might take a little longer than normal for your order to arrive

Used & Vintage Items

We happily accept any item within a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

New Items

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging.
